Bug 536717 - [View Template Tooling] Hierarchy Selector allows to link
another selector
* Added a property 'Show Link Button for Containment References' to the
Reference style. This allows disabling the link button for containment
references (single and multi).
* The default does not change.
* The new property is evaluated by the link control renderer and the
multi reference renderer
* Extended test cases for both renderers
* Added a view template that disables link buttons for selector
references in the template editor.
