Bug 384992 - [java8] adopt grammar changes for Java 8 from JDT/Core 3. Fixed handling of LiftingTypeReference (normal parser, not yet for catch formal param) OTJLD tests: 10 Err, 73 Fail, problems: - base anchored types (base.T) - array lifting - callout parameter mappings
