Bug 562557 - Report when implicit super team org.objectteams.Team is not
accessible
- includes some test cleanup
- mark StringBasedTest as an abstract super class for others
- remove copy-paste ModifyingResourceTests
- replace inheritance from ot.AbstractJavaModelTests with statics
