Bug 384992 - [java8] adopt grammar changes for Java 8 from JDT/Core - reconcile type annotations (@308) and type anchors (@OT) - consume as type anchor after checking conflict scenario - if decision was wrong convert back to type annotation later Conversion is not complete, regressions in TypeAnnotationSyntaxTest
