Bug 384992 - [java8] adopt grammar changes for Java 8 from JDT/Core 4. Fixed handling of dimensions for LiftingTypeReference OTJLD tests: 10 Err, 52 Fail, remaining problems: - declared lifting in catch - base anchored types (base.T) - callout parameter mappings
