Fix for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=154788. Loosens restrictions can appear in the component page dialog box. Add ResourceViewComparator to sort the dialog properly. Added ViewComparater to CommonResourceDialog (ViewSorter is discouraged use). Some cleanup of the faces config ui tests.
