Bug 390331 - preDelete and postDelete not called for Patterns *Corrected call delegates so that initially pattern is called, delegates to DefaultDeleteFeature and that calles own pre and post delete hooks as well as pattern pre and post delete hooks *Same fix done for remove pre and post hooks *Post hook calls occur in inverse order to ensure "bracketing" of the calls Change-Id: I50fd73b9c69265b5b40287f5b3c5dccf6e64318c
