Bug 432681 - Inconsistent newlines in source code in repository * Converted all line delimiters to UNIX (/n) * Converted all encodings to UTF-8 * Explicitly set line delimiters for new files and encoding on project level (each project) Change-Id: I91e8b2913b5e07b8acbd1639e19880e1af6cbd26
