Bug 570278 - Shorter "Exported Packages" text in the MANIFEST editorI20210116-1800I20210116-0340I20210115-1810
Currently the text says: Enumerate all the packages that this plug-in
exposes to clients. All other packages will be hidden from clients at
all times.
The above is not true for non OSGi clients.
So this commit makes the text correct and shorter.
