Bug 493020: Papyrus SDK is not a "backbone"

Fix the bundle name of the org.eclipse.papyrus.infra.core bundle.
Create a new branding plugin for the SDK to fix the branding of
the SDK feature in the "Features" tab of the installation details
dialog and restore the Papyrus-logo branding button in the About
dialog.
