Bug 433507 - parsing latest gtk-doc devhelp docs not correct
- Fix devhelp parsing to do proper checking for div markers and
to properly parse a refsect2 function reference
- also add fix for the new usage of non-breaking spaces in the
devhelp generated html pages which String trim() method cannot
remove
- add new devhelp test to generate libhover for a sample project
