Fix EGit NP setup for Eclipse 3.8.2
Since Eclipse 3.8.2 contains only old-fashioned
org.eclipse.jdt.annotation version (1.0.1) we can use
"additional.bundles" attribute to specify it without breaking "modern"
target platforms.
