Bug 443343. Add support for pppc64le architecture
Created the org.eclipse.cdt.core.linux.ppc64le plug-in to bundle the
libpty.so and libspawner.so shared libraries for ppc64le (compiled
with gcc 4.9.1 and glibc 2.19)
