[usssdk+oomph] USS SDK and Oomph contribution for Oxygen M7
The previous version of Oomph contributed its own version
of USS SDK. In order to resolve the dependency change and
get USS SDK contributed on its own, this contributes both
the Oomph 1.8 version for M7 and the USS SDK.
