* The extension point identityrepository is added.
The connectors to ssh-agent and pageant will implement
IIdentityRepositoryFactory, and those implementations will be
given through this entry point.
* A preference page is added to manage connectors.
Connectors will provide an implementation of
IIdentityRespositoryFactory, which allows to communicate with agents
like ssh-agent and pageant.
