Some images and icons have changed upstream. This requires an update of all those branding plug-ins that use the same images as the Platform. With this change, the version string ("Version: Luna Release") is now externalised, and can be set during build time. This allows a better information in the about dialog, e.g. use the milestone in the release name ("Version: Luna M5 Release").
